ROLL AWAY TURKEY ROLL UPS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 – 12 inch spinach wrap
  • 4 ounces DAKOTA 44 Oven Roasted Turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Chipotle Aioli, recipe below or store bought 1⁄2 cup Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 2 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1⁄4 Medium Red Pepper, cut into thin strips

Chipotle Aioli (makes about 2⁄3 cup)

  • 1⁄2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Canned Chipotle, pureed with adobo sauce 1⁄2 Lime Juice, juiced

Serves 1 – 12-inch wrap

It’s no mystery that these turkey roll-ups disappear from family picnics, school lunches and snack plates.

DIRECTIONS:

Spread chipotle aioli on the spinach wrap, leaving a 1⁄2 inch border. Layer the fresh spinach on top then the turkey, then the peppers and cheese. Roll from one end to the other, do a little dance, then cut into 1 1⁄2 inch rounds. Serve immediately.

Chipotle Aioli (makes about 2⁄3 cup)
Combine all ingredients and stir until combined.
