HONEY ROASTED TURKEY, CRANBERRY AND BRIE SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1⁄4 of a Baguette
  • 2 slices Brie Cheese
  • 4 ounces DAKOTA 44 Honey Roasted Turkey
  • 2 leaves Butter lettuce

Cranberry Sauce (makes about 2 cups)

  • 1 – 10-ounce package Frozen Cranberries
  • 1⁄2 cup Sugar
  • 1⁄2 cup Water
  • 2 pieces of Orange Peel

Serves 1 (1⁄4 baguette)

These turkey sandwiches step up the game from your usual post-Thanksgiving turkey and mayo sandwiches.

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook 7 – 10 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the cranberries are soft. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
