HONEY ROASTED TURKEY, CRANBERRY AND BRIE SANDWICH
- 1⁄4 of a Baguette
- 2 slices Brie Cheese
- 4 ounces DAKOTA 44 Honey Roasted Turkey
- 2 leaves Butter lettuce
Cranberry Sauce (makes about 2 cups)
- 1 – 10-ounce package Frozen Cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup Sugar
- 1⁄2 cup Water
- 2 pieces of Orange Peel
Serves 1 (1⁄4 baguette)
These turkey sandwiches step up the game from your usual post-Thanksgiving turkey and mayo sandwiches.
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook 7 – 10 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the cranberries are soft. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
